-ClamAV

This is the basic engine provided and is already preinstalled on TRK. It is very effective on mailservers but is quite slow and tends to crash when used as a commandline scanner. It also focuses more on mailworms and, from experience, has less effectiveness for local viri. Clamav is the only GPL licensed AV engine implemented. All others have some sort of free-for-non-commercial-use license and are closed source. The pros of Clamav are: 
* very quick on new virus outbreaks 
* included in TRK 
* GPL licensed, so free for everyone 
The cons: 
* slow and very CPU and memory intensive 
* detects the least viri of the 5 scanners in virusscan. this is from TRK Home website

there are different scanners on TRK Clam av, F-Prot,AVG, Bit Defendar

The command to Run   is virusscan -a Clam av

                                                        -a F-prot  so on

CD- change directory like Home, usr, lib etc…

Date- will give you the Date and all of this subject to Different shells

Tme will give you the Time

CP – File copying to copy files you may need

rm remove files

more will give you more imfo

/dev/hda

/dev/hda1

dev/hda2  different partitions on your hard drive.  Dev/Hda is probably windows

-lshw will show all the Hardware on your computor

  to boot TRK simpley Pop in tray, if it doesnt Boot automatically, you may have to push certain 

option keys like f-12 or esc so on or may have to change boot device to boot from cd/dvd first

       What is TRK_Trinity Rescue Kit Linux it is a Rescue Disk, if you catch a Virus their are 5

virus scanners, loose your windows Password pop in TRK and Recover it,  it easily mounts Filesystems so you can Recover files from a downed windows install, recover lost Partitions
